Souffle & Me started life as Lamun – a name that spoke to creator Jintana’s Thai heritage. Lamun was founded on a vision to elevate the mobile food market by introducing a genuinely gourmet dessert offering. Following six months of intensive product development, we pioneered the sale of soufflé pancakes as the first mobile vendor in South East Queensland.
Three years later, we remain the undisputed market leader in this specialized space. Founder and Chief Food Developer, Jintana Ditsantia, crafted a signature product that consistently ranks as the premier dessert drawcard at every festival we attend, directly contributing to higher customer satisfaction and repeat market patronage.
In 2025 we re-branded as “Souffle & Me” to better help our customers identify us on social media and at festivals and markets. Souffle & Me also speaks directly to the main product we sell.
While souffle pancakes remain our signature dish, we have expanded our menu to include other Asian fusion delicacies.
Our mission is to provide an amazing dessert experience at festivals and events. We will do this by focusing on great product quality and taste, professional preparation, cooking, and serving, and awesome customer service.
